C05 Activated Carbon & Bleaching Earth Adsorbent CAS NO.64365-11-3

C05 is manufacturered by acid activation of ca-bentonite， which is a fine,black/dark-grey powder showing a highly porous inner structure and a multitude of acid sites upon its surface.

C05 is a highly activate bleaching earth used in wide scope of applications, which is well suitable for the removal of polar compunds like chlorophyll,phospholipids,peroxides via chemisorption and acid catalysis as well as unpolar components as for example carotenoids and polycyclic hydrocarbons (PAH).

C05 is very suitable for refining hard-to-bleach vegetable and animal oils and fats,but also for decolourization of natural waxes.

C05 contains 5% of activated carbon.
